Consultation

We’ll set up a meeting to discuss your requirements in detail. This will include domain and hosting issues and an overview of the web design agreement. We’ll review our planning worksheet to further define your needs before a proposal is created.

Proposal

The proposal will list an overview of your design needs, costs, recommendations and scheduling. Once the bid is accepted, we’ll finalize the paperwork.

Paperwork

We’ll sign a website agreement and go over the project and payment schedule. A deposit will be collected at this time.

Create & Finalize the Design

A conceptual home page will be created based on our consultation. Revisions and modifications to the design will be made as needed. This is where you will determine the final layout, structure and color scheme.

Website Construction

As development begins, you will be providing the text and photos that you want on your site. Sending this content is critical in order to meet the project deadline.

Final Stage

This includes quality control and testing. Upon your final approval, the site will be published to the server. Marketing and promotion can begin now.
